Unboxing Video Requirement
Once you receive your order, please make an unboxing video showing all sides of the outer packaging. Then, open the package in the video to display the contents inside.
If your murti is damaged or defective, send this unboxing video to us.
Returns are accepted only for damaged murtis or manufacturing defects.
Requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners.

Return Conditions
The murti must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping labels, etc.
The murti must be in original condition.
Once the product is picked up, your refund will be initiated within 3 working days to the original payment source.
Exchanges are not available.

You can cancel your order before it ships at no cost.
If the order has already shipped, you can still cancel it, but shipping fees (based on your address) will apply.
