Once you get the order, Make an Unboxing Video showing all the sides of the outer packaging, and open the package to show what's inside. If you have a damaged or defective murti, Send an Unboxing Video to us. Our return policy is applicable only for Damaged Murti & Manufacturing defects within 7 days from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Note: Murti must returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), etc. The murti should be in its original condition.
Once the product is picked Refund will be initiated in 3 working days to the original source account.
Shipping charge and COD Charge are Non Refundable.
You cannot Exchange a product.
You can cancel the order before the order ships. Once the order ships to the delivery partners, you can cancel an order by paying the shipping fee applicable as per your address.
